Smile Toronto Together Hemp Smoothie

Our Smile Toronto Smoothie is a simple way to start your day with a smile!

Ingredients:

• 1 banana, frozen is best
• 1 pear, core removed
• 1 handful of spinach
• 1 tbsp ground almonds / almond flour or cashews
• 2 Cups of TOGETHER hemp milk
• 1 cup of water

Directions:

1. Blend on high until smooth, add more water if needed.
2. Enjoy!
